Celebrating a Hopeful Future

ImageHopeful Future Celebration September 7
Thanks to the generosity of a parish family, we will have our “It’s a Hopeful Future” Celebration on September 7.  Starting after the 10:45 service, there will be food, drink, games for kids, and a “dump tank” just for the Rector!

Faithful members of this Covenant Community have pledged $378,937 to “Provide for a Hopeful Future.”  The campaign to eliminate the Diocesan Mortgage has succeeded.

Congratulations to the 139 families that made this success possible.

Eliminating the Mortgage
As we celebrate the elimination of the Diocesan Mortgage, you can make payments on your pledge just as you make payments on your annual pledge.

Just place a check in the offering basket, and write in the memo line, "Hopeful Future."

While the the Vestry resolution called for the elimination of the mortgage, the Vestry also called for the raising of an additional $40,000 to help balance the 2009 Budget.

That part of the Resolution remains to be fulfilled, with about $21,000 outstanding. Extra commitment cards for that part of the campaign can be found in the church narthex.
