On Monday, March 15, the Vestry passed a motion which effectively concluded the Hopeful Future Capital Campaign which started in July 2008. The Vestry voted to pay off the remaining $66,090 balance of its Diocesan Missionary Society (DMS) loan using available church funds. Since July 2008, St David's has retired over $452,000 (over 25%) of its total mortgage debt. The Hopeful Future Capital Campaign was a significant demonstration of faith by many which resulted in a fruitful blessing to our church.
