Rich Goodwin was appointed to the Vestry on Monday, June 15, 2009, at the Vestry’s monthly meeting to fill the open position previously held by Tim Butka.

After a call for interest in the position to the parish over the last four weeks, three very qualified candidates were considered for the open position. Each candidate had an opportunity to give an overview of the reason he felt called to serve, his experience and parish involvement. After careful consideration, the present Vestry members took a ballot vote and elected to appoint Rich Goodwin. His term is effective immediately and will run through January 2010.

There will be at least four Vestry positions open for election in January. All three candidates were thanked for putting their names forward for this Vestry position and were also encouraged to consider running again in January 2010.
