At the 2009 Annual Meeting of the parish, three new Vestry members were elected: Edwin Harmon, Jeff Rubin and Lawrence Panetta. See photos and profiles of the new members on the Vestry page.

Stepping down after serving their terms on the Vestry were Mark Boyer, Eric Ruttenberg (Senior Warden) and Hoby Patrick. They, along with Peggy Cuellar and Stu Wilson, were thanked for their hard work, commitment and service in this very important role.

The new Vestry will have its annual retreat with the new Interim Rector, Mary Kay Brown, in February. After the retreat, a Senior Warden and Junior Warden will be elected at the next Vestry meeting in late February, date to be announced. There will be no Vestry meeting on February 16, 2009.

Also at the February Vestry meeting, two additional Trustees will be appointed by the Vestry. The Board of Trustees will be expanded from three to five positions to take on additional duties of property management, among others, as described in the Roles and Responsibilities document. The three current Trustees are Jim Tracy, Marilyn Tracy and Allan Steed.
