When:
Wednesday evenings 6:45 pm-7:45 pm

Mercer Hall/Preschool Building

Come join in the fun as we discover God’s Word through reading and studying the bible, singing and dancing, arts and crafts, serving our community and praying and playing together! Bring your bible.

The mission of children’s discipleship is to offer an opportunity for children in 1st-5th grade a time to come together and experience God’s word and share how they live out their faith daily. Children’s discipleship complements the 9:00 am Worship experience and the 10:45 am Sunday School curriculum.

For more information and to volunteer to teach or assistant teach please contact Kathleen Eichenlaub.

Testimonial

“I enjoyed Children’s Discipleship because I got to see some people that are my friends from church like Erika, and being able to understand more about God and Jesus. Also since I usually don’t have anything to do on Wednesday’s I don’t end up on the couch watching T.V. for the whole night and I feel like I have learned a thing or two (other thanImage school). So I am really glad this is going to start up again and can’t wait until I go to the next class.” –Justine Mamrol

“We started attending Wednesday Night Discipleship around the same time the Children’s Discipleship started up. It really appealed to me because I like the idea of my children receiving some structured religious education now that they no longer go to Sunday School due to the Family Service. The Wednesday Night programs enabled all members of my family to receive appropriate education that made it worth getting everyone out of the house during our busy week night schedule. There were certainly times when I didn’t feel like leaving the house and my daughter, Justine, begged to go to the Children’s Discipleship. Other times it was me pushing to go. We all benefited from the programs and are looking forward to seeing these programs start up again.” –Margie Mamrol
