Packet Pickup

All registered runners can pick up their race packets, T-shirts, and race number at St. David’s Episcopal Church on Friday, April 16th, 2010 between the hours of 3:00 and 8:00 pm or on Saturday, April 17th (race day) between 6:45 and 8:15 am.

Walk in registration is available Friday April 16th between the hours of 3:00 and 8:00 pm or on Saturday, April 217th (race day) between 6:45 and 8:15 am.

Parking

Parking will be in the Toll Brothers parking lot which will be on the left as you drive in towards St Davids. Don't forget your photo ID to get your bib number.

Toilet Facilities

Restrooms inside church and temporary facilities on church grounds.

Water Stops

There will not be any water stops on the courses but there will be refreshments at the finish line.

Timing

We have hired TPR for our timing this year. This will be a chip timed event, 5K only. Chips will be available Race Day morning between 6:45-8:15 AM. You must have your bib to get a chip. The chip will have a strap that you can attach to your ankle. If you want a time at the end of the race you must be wearing a chip. Please make sure you give your chip back at the finish line. Once again, we will not record your time unless you have the chip on your ankle at the finish line.

Post Race Food

There will be an assortment of foods and drink available after the race.

Prizes/Awards

Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female 5K finishers will receive prizes. 5K male and female in the following age groups will receive medals: 14&under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55+. Must be present to win.

Important Notice

NO RACE STROLLERS or PETS will be allowed on 5K race Course (race strollers are permitted for the Fun Run only). Runners of the 5K will be supported on the race course for one hour.
