Placement

• Any student who is not placed in their first choice program (am vs. pm) can accept placement in their second choice and still remain on the waitlist for their first choice. The registration fee is due at the time of placement acceptance and will transfer if the child moves to another class.

• Children that are not placed in a program will automatically be placed on the waitlist for both their first and second choice placements. A registration fee will not be due until that child is placed.

• Current students placed in a program will be notified with a placement acceptance letter in their child’s backpack. New students will be notified of placement by the phone. Parents will then need to visit the preschool in order to fill out a placement acceptance form and pay the $115 registration fee.
  

• Placed students will receive a registration packet and must return the completed packets along with the first tuition payment no later than June 1, 2012.

• A mandatory meeting for parents of students with special needs and those that will require medication administered at school, including students with allergies that require epi-pens, will be held by appointment.
