St. David's Episcopal Preschool's vision is:

to provide a Christian environment that encourages children to become good citizens and life long learners through play, exploration, invention, problem solving and critical thinking.

Our Preschool helps children and their families learn to love each other as they learn to be loved by Jesus.

Our long legacy begins when Margaret Mercer purchased Belmont Plantation in 1836 and began a school for girls.  Soon, she added a chapel on our present site and dedicated herself to providing classes for the surrounding community. In 2001, our parish revived this legacy by welcoming our first preschool classes.
