9:00 AM Children's Choir

Our Children's Music program is led by CeCi Stephens, and is open to all children age 4 and up. The program uses liturgy and music of the Episcopal tradition, as well as contemporary and gospel styles. Through music, we hope to deepen their growing faith, and teach them the importance of using their gifts to glorify God.

We've performed at special events such as the Bromley Gospel Concert 2011, St. David's 20th Anniversary Celebration, Bishop Shannon Johnston's Consecration at Washington National Cathedral, and a musical tribute ʺAmerica ‐‐ A Trip Through Timeʺ in Washington DC.

Cherub Choir: 4 yrs-1st grade. Rehearse Tuesdays 4:30-5pm. Sing the 3rd Sunday of the month.

Seraphim Choir: 6th-12th grade. Rehearse Mondays 6-7 pm. Sing the 4th Sunday of the month.

10:45 AM Children's Choir

Cantate is a new program for the children at the 10:45 am Service starting January 2012. Children attending Sunday School work on an anthem that is presented at the offertory on the last Sunday in the month during the 10:45 am offertory.

St. David's Annual Christmas Pageant

Each year, St. David's presents a unique retelling of the nativity story incorporating wonderful music and carols, and fun characters like Rapping Camels, Angels on a mission, an Naughty Mice. Children (age 4-12th grade) bring their talents of singing, acting, directing and scene design to produce a professional quality show. With an easy rehearsal schedule, an all inclusive philosophy, we allow as many children to have speaking roles or musical solos as possible. It is a wonderful way to celebrate the Birth of the Savior!
