The Rector has full responsibility for parish ministries, the conduct of worship and the spiritual health of our covenant community.

Kevin Phillips joined the staff in February of 2006 after having served for 12 years as Rector at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Mountain View, CA. His wife is Holly King, and they have a daughter Claire (14) and son Jonathan (5).
