I joined St David’s Vestry in May 2005 as an interim member and was elected to a three year term during the December 2005 Annual Meeting. I was recently elected as Junior Warden of St. David’s and look forward to helping lead our Church over the next several years. I am currently participating in a number of ministries including the Technology (Sound), Military Support, and Shepherds Group, and have participated in Dine-with-Nine and was a representative to the Annual Council Meeting for the Diocese of Virginia held in January 2005. Prior to coming to St. David’s I enjoyed being an acolyte, participating in youth programs, and was a greeter/usher. On the professional front, I am a Principal Systems Engineer and Senior Program Manager for L-3 Communications, providing engineering and programmatic consultation to government programs; I am a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserves and currently the Director of Manpower for the Space and Network Warfare Program, and volunteer as the President of the Naval Academy Alumni Association, Dulles Chapter.

Nancy, Caroline, Julia and I love St. David’s because of the opportunities and ministries provided at St. David’s. We are happy to be part of a strong and growing community of fellow Christians and believe it has helped us improve our relationship with Christ. I believe that our youth should be our top priority and that our children will benefit from a strong Youth Program that allows them to see Christ in their lives, enjoy worshiping with friends and family, and builds a strong foundation for a life with Christ.
