I have been married to Maggie for 15 years with two children. 

I was raised as a Roman Catholic, and as long as I can remember I have always had a strong faith until the day of my father’s funeral in 2001.  I remember half way thru the funeral mass wondering and questioning if there was in fact a heaven or if this was it… the end. 

I’m not sure exactly what happened next, but it was if I was hit on the head with a frying pan… my sad thoughts were turned around and I just knew that “there is a God.  His son Jesus was sent to this earth to redeem us from sin.  He loves me, and Dad is in fact in Heaven!”  This reinforcement of my faith has continued until this day.

We moved to Loudoun County in July of 2003 and joined St. David’s in early 2004 where I’ve been involved in many aspects of this covenant community.  I’m very optimistic and see St. David’s continuing to flourish in the coming years. 

In our Worship there are services to attract traditional, family, & youth participants.  Christian education has grown for adults and I’d like to work to see improvements for the youth.
