Event Information

The 2nd Annual Mercer Festival 5K and Fun Run is right around the corner and we can't wait to see you! Online race registration is available until April 15th. On April 16th make sure you pick up your packets and bibs between 3-8 PM at St. David Episcopal Church. Please bring your photo ID with you. There will be walk-in registration during the packet pickup on Friday as well. On race day we will have walk-in registration from 6:45 to 8:15. Make sure you have your ID with you. We will be using chip timing. If you want a time at the end of the race you must be wearing your chip. Take a look at the Race Info to get more information about parking and the chip timing. There will be t-shirts for all participants and prizes for the 5K overall and age group winners. Questions? Charity Beneficiary

All proceeds will benefit St David’s International Youth and Local Outreach Missions, including REACH, the Bromley School in Liberia, El Hogar in Honduras, and other Loudoun charities.
