The vestry is the legal representative of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property. The Vestry also creates and oversees the budget for the parish. At St. David's, our Vestry is made up of nine lay members, led by the rector. Each lay member is elected in January and serves a three year term.
The Vestry meets together as a group at least once per month. We review financials, property, etc. We also take parishioner comments. We would love to hear from you. It is our honor to serve you. Please join us at our next meeting.

Meet Your Discernment Committee
At its April 20th meeting, the Vestry voted unanimously to appoint the following parishioners to serve on the Discernment Committee for St. David’s Church and School. Beyond these usual qualifications, we wanted individuals who love St. David’s; are open to all possibilities; are able to listen carefully, responsively and respectively; are able to hold all work and conversations in strict confidence; and are rooted in prayer and awareness of God’s presence and guidance. We believe each of these individuals more than meet the requirements.
